About The Backhand Shot
The backhand is like the opposite of the forehand. The backhand shot is made by swinging the racquet away from the tennis player’s body or on the opposite side of the body from the hand that is controlling the swing. Most players use one hand to do the backhand but other some still use two hand both on the racket.
